GRUBZ

My background involves doing a lot of things based on what I thought I should do instead of doing what I wanted to do. Today, and moving forward, I am making an effort to change my patterns; hence, this new venture. 

 

Specifically, (& if you really want to know) I have an undergrad in nursing, experience in hospitality and even more skills in not having a single idea of what I am doing. I come from a small-ish, maybe medium sized town in Northern Ontario; it was nice but did not hold the spaces I needed to feel like me. So when I finally moved to Vancouver two years ago, I was able to explore different avenues and ended up with a new passion for food and design.

 

I realized over the past couple of years how much fun I was having trying new flavors, immersing myself in different atmospheres and analyzing the design choices of each place I visited. Food and design became my small glimmers of joy; so to dive deeper into these glimmers, I came up with the idea for GRUBZ.
